MegaROOF Limited is a private limited company, registered under Joint Stock Co., Bangladesh. It is a RESCO model solar project development company with the primary objective of developing industrial rooftop solar power plants and installing a number of such power solutions on the rooftops of ready-made garments and other large industries using the latest and most appropriate technology and products. The primary focus is in Bangladesh, with technology adaptation to other countries worldwide as a secondary market.
Bangladesh, having the largest portfolio as an asset holding company using appropriate technologies and innovative business models, and combining project equity financing and debt financing, both foreign and local.
Innovation at the product circuit and system level design by the parent company, Solaric, has worldwide access to the manufacturer to combine the European technology with lower cost, international financing, and pioneering rooftop EPC experience to address the needs of the local market.

Innovations
Zero Export Controller (ZEC)
An universal controller developed by MegaROOF that works with any brand or model of String inverters in the market and maintains a seamless operation between multiple power sources such as Grid, Generator and Solar
Flash Technology
Unique mounting structure which is 100% water-proof and allows the Solar modules to be installed on the metallic roof directly without any elaborate rails or additional structure. This innovative simple structure cuts the cost of mounting system by 67% while insuring fool water-proof installation for 20 years
High Voltage DC Systems
Solaric developed patented high voltage DC systems which is world’s only utility level solar system home system and already delivered 160,000 such systems worldwide
Delta System
One of the first rooftop solar systems in Bangladesh (installed at the Bangladesh Bank) was designed and developed by Solaric based on its unique delta-controller which can switch in and out the appropriate number of channels so that rooftop solar system can operate without Battery and without grid-tied inverters.
