Job Context:
Solaric is seeking an experienced sales professional to help drive commercial RoofTop solar project sales. Major role is to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and ensure effective execution, ultimately achieving business goal.
Develop Marketing Strategy :
a. Develop the RoofTop Solar marketing strategy and select geographies that will meet growth and revenue goals, including concept, business model to deliver increased brand awareness, brand preference, and loyalty. b. Identifies and prioritizes market segments and geographies that have the greatest growth and revenue potential.
Achieve Company’s Sales Target:
a. Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. b. Sales lead with industrial clients (B2B) and close the deal. c. Develop targeted tactical and branding integrated marketing (Digital Marketing, Social Media, Events etc) primarily to effectively generate leads. d. To build up rope with the management there. Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
Self Potentiality :
a. Ideal candidates will be highly self-motivated, sales-enabling initiatives, Corporate communication, documentation and knowledgeable about commercial product/solar. b. Lead generation and develop new rooftop solar projects. c. Strong networking ability and the ability to constantly expand on your customer base. d. OpEx/CapEx model analysis for clients. Ability to prepare proposals and presentations for clients.
Management :
a. Effectively develop and manage a team of renewable energy professionals, and work with sales teams. b. Use internal capabilities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of team operations.
Additional Responsibilities:
a. The incumbent must be able to communicate effectively, build relationships and work closely. b. Strong people management skills, ability to design and implement efficient team structures to deliver. c. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver meaningful business results with minimal supervision
Academic Qualification:
Masters degree in Marketing with MBA from reputed Institutions. B.Sc in Engineering (EEE) will be given preference
